Three trucks, not a storefront party room
Joe's Ice Cream sends three ice cream trucks to birthday parties, company events, and special venues in the Greater New Haven area. The white van lettered JOE'S ICE CREAM / SNACKS · CANDY · SODA is theirs. It is not a parlor you walk into for a cone.
The warehouse stays at 26 Clifton Street in West Haven. The truck comes to you. That is the whole offer: a lettered vehicle, a quoted menu, and someone who answers the phone.

Last-minute is a failure mode they have already cleared
James Russo wrote that Jack priced him last-minute, stayed on the phone, and saved his daughter's birthday party. That was a wholesale catering ask, not a scoop-shop favor.
